The Renaissance Model Congress team debated students from Buzz Aldrin and Glenfield Middle Schools on Thursday, March 17. Renaissance's awesome team was represented by:
Henry Heivly (6th grade)
Jack Levine (7th grade)
Sol Demefack, Justus Ajayi, Langston Ajayi, Martin Ajayi & Nes Danziger (8th grade)
Sol took home 1st place, Langston took home 3rd and Nes received an Honorable Mention. The entire team worked very hard over the past several months reviewing national and international issues and preparing resolutions to the bills presented to them as members of the mock Congress.
