Rowan University - New Jersey Teacher Outreach Program
Holocaust Education
We would like to share the great news that Montclair State University's Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Education Project (scroll to bottom of page) is hosting a professional development workshop for K-12 educators at Montclair State University on Friday, March 16, 2018. This will include an Echoes and Reflections Holocaust Education training program run by the Anti-Defamation League, which includes fantastic teaching resources and hands-on training. MSU will also host a Holocaust survivor at this event, who will share her experiences with educators. This first-hand insight is increasingly hard to arrange as the survivor population ages--so this is a really special opportunity. The event is free and open to all, but requires prior registration. Professional development hours are available. Any questions, please feel free to reach out to Dr. Zoe Burkholder MSU Director of the Project at [email protected].
